台灣深心是2016年初才成立的小行號，起始點就是一個年近半百、二度就業的歐巴桑(Kiki, 又名朱何必問女士)因為怕年紀太大，沒有老闆願意雇用她，就乾脆自己當老闆。

第一個產品是抹茶牛軋糖，一開始打算做一小批糖果慢慢賣，賣完再把賺來的利潤投入做更多糖果，不求賺大錢，只要不虧本，一天前進一小步，做它個身體健康就好。因此品牌名稱取為沓沓仔來，這是台語，發音像島刀阿來。賣完第一批就遇上過年，有朋友建議再多做一種口味，最好紅色系，兩個顏色年節送禮比較好看，於是推出蔓越莓口味牛軋糖，糖果的味道和口感，逐批調整，到現在配方已經穩定，它將會在中秋節及農曆過年前，才有大量生產，其他時間都是沓沓仔來。

除了牛軋糖之外，台灣深心也代理銷售洛奇科學教具、抹茶粉、冷凍水果、冷凍素食、水果禮盒、其他季節性禮品和洛奇科學教具。Slogan 台灣深心  深心好禮  深心為你。我們還有一個專案經理是資深國際潛水教練，潛水租售及潛水教學也在營業範圍之內。
